People who can no longer access a class (in the case of VIP and Herobrine) have a good chance of getting those specific coins refunded in time yes.
The administration team is very busy and per player case refunding is not feasible.

We did a large bulk refund of all coins spent on Mega Walls, which we then had to rollback - this wasted 2 hours of time and delayed the Mega Walls public release by probably close to 12 hours due to particular necessary staff members being diverted to other tasks to deal with issues regarding this.

Essentially we're going to be waiting until our workload dies down and we're comfortable with how the server is running before we invest another 2 hours into this.

Putting things into perspective, since the initial work was put in to prep for Mega Walls release, I only got some sleep over the previous 10 hours.

As many of you know earlier today with the public release of the Mega Walls Beta we encountered many lag issues with the network. We wanted to clear up some confusion about what exactly was going on. To begin with, the issues regarding lag were not Multiplay’s fault. There were database issues that caused most of the network to run very slowly as it processed all the changes. As a result, many of you experienced lag. The database issues had nothing to do with Multiplay, but rather to do with our own oversight of changes. It's now fixed, however, as of recently, we were hit with several large DDoS attacks. We are working very closely with Multiplay to mitigate against the attack and help defend against future ones.

We know a new host may seem like a big change, and it’s easy to blame all the problems on the change, but we wanted to take the blame for ourselves as it was our fault. We will continue to work with the new host to bring you guys the best performance possible and we hope that the future with Multiplay is bright. Thank you guys for your continued patience through our issues and we hope you all stick around to help the server continue to thrive.
