Bonjour Jeunes gens !

Dans le mod FC3 Easy-Start Mod - New OPEN WORLD Version , je voudrais faire modifier quelques lignes : je voudrais débloquer les compétences MAIS ne pas les activer. J'ai toujours le plaisir de prendre de l'expérience.
Dans le mod, les lignes liées aux compétences sont ici :
